Avolve Software Delivers Integration to Accela Automation

Customers to Benefit from Single Access-Point and End-to-End, Streamlined Business Processes

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — June 17, 2009 — Avolve Software Corporation, developers of ProjectDox® ePlan and collaboration software and a leading provider of ePlan submission, review and tracking solutions for cities, counties and states nationwide, announced today that the company has completed its planned integration of ProjectDox with Accela Government Software’s Accela Automation® solution, and initiated deployment among the two companies’ shared customers.

Accela and Avolve have been sales partners since 2006; the complementary nature of their respective solutions has spurred demand for greater data exchange and information management between the two applications. The newly completed integration extends user access to ProjectDox ePlan drawings, review comments and notes through the Accela Automation interface, as well as review status updates between the applications.

The integration supports the following functions:

• Fully-functional ProjectDox automatic project creation from the Accela Automation interface
• Single sign-on authentication via LDAP
• ePlan file submission via the Accela Citizens Access dashboard and batch file submission via the ProjectDox
• Support for Accela’s Automation EDMS interface – allows document upload and display to/from Automation and ProjectDox
• ProjectDox plan review workflow and eForms function as an Automation sub-workflow, allowing plan reviewers to update review status in ProjectDox and pass data back to Automation
