Avolve Software and Solibri, Inc. Form Strategic Partnership to Advance BIM Collaboration for ePlan Review and Construction Management

Avolve to Resell Integrated Solibri Model Checker™ Technology with ProjectDox®

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — October 2, 2007 — Avolve Software, developers of ProjectDox® communication and collaboration software, announced today it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Solibri, Inc. – a Helsinki, Finland-based software technology company with a full line of products that support the viewing and analysis of Building Information Models (BIM), based on international Industry Foundation Class (IFC) standards.

Solibri is well recognized as the pioneer in providing out-of-the-box software that automates the quality assurance and analysis of BIM models including compliance with customer guidelines and building code requirements.

The two companies will begin by focusing on technology integration immediately, with Avolve Software taking on the role of a distribution partner for Solibri products beginning with the Solibri Model Checker, Solibri Model Viewer and Solibri IFC Optimizer in the United States. Projections are to complete first-phase technology integration by mid-Q4 2007 making it available to the market in early 2008.
