Who you are

  • A high-energy hunter, who can balance the necessity of bringing in new logos all-the-while cultivating and growing your install base.
  • You change the rules of engagement to win business over your competitors.  You balance this with high value positioning of your solution.
  • You do not sell on price and typically your offering is the most expensive.  You paint a vision of a future digitally transformed state. You constantly prove your sales leading position with your current employer by leading and succeeding with your solution selling capabilities.
  • You are a specialist in orchestrating a virtual team justified by the account dynamics and knows how to manage that virtual team without authority to accelerate business close and account satisfactions.
  • You understand that you must sell IT and Business to win business.
  • You are not happy at quota.  You historically outperform your peers. You want more money as a result of your efforts than where you are at now.

Your role

  • In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Vice President of Sales.
  • Your territory is the States and Provinces of Oregon, Northern California, Washington, Alaska, British Columbia, Idaho, Utah and Montana.
  • You will grow our existing larger accounts in these States from departmental to enterprise solution opportunities.
  • You can identify and build relationships with key partners in the territory to close business.
  • Manage all sales opportunities in the territory; lead RFP responses; generate leads and pursue them to closure; accurately forecast the business.
  • You will be expected to travel. Our sales executives generally travel 50% of the time

Your background and skills

  • 7+ years selling enterprise software and services solutions; your actual sales record leaves no doubt about your success selling enterprise software to business and IT decision makers
  • State Local Government experience desirable but more important is the experience and evidence of executive sponsor to single contributor to influencer relationships in one sales campaign.
  • Proven closer
  • Understands the importance of creation and maintenance of relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, written and presentation; you are persuasive, you are a listener, articulate, and think well on your feet.
  • Experience selling solutions to the enterprise at the C-level.
  • You practice and can prove your CRM accuracy and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

 

Inside Sales Executive, North America

  • You understand the odds of cold calling and feed on the success of a qualified lead.  You expect to be paid for your success and are driven by the next qualified BANT’d lead.
  • You understand that you must sell IT and Business to win business.
  • You are not happy at quota.  You historically outperform your peers. You want more money as a result of your efforts than where you are at now.
  • You are looking to find a new position in a exciting company with opportunities to advance into more senior sales roles.

Your role

  • In this individual contributor role, you will report to the Vice President of Sales.
  • Your territory is the United States and Canada.
  • You have a focused market working with State/Provincial/Local Government.
  • You have a target rich prospect base and a rich product that uniquely meets the needs of our targeted local government focus.
  • You will take a particular focus in the Public Works area of local government with a focus on a few specific business processes.
  • You will be working with a recognized and celebrated brand in the vertical.
  • You are measured with BANT leads with the goal of converting to Opportunities for the partners and direct sales force.
  • You will be able to hit the ground running and will be mentored out of the Paradise Valley Arizona office.
  • You are local to the Phoenix area and will on most days be in the office.
  • You will identify account decision makers and key players.  Arranging introductory presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
  • Aiding with webinars for prospects and clients to develop new and additional business
  • Assist Sales Team and Executive Management as needed to measure and improve customer satisfaction levels with clients (i.e. surveys, meeting coordination, etc).
