ProjectDox works in conjunction with Accela to manage eplan files, markup and resubmitted corrected versions using an included web based view and markup tool, and/or Bluebeam Revu.  As a review process solution, ProjectDox manages and compiles all eplan review comments into a single list communication that covers all departmental comments and all review cycles.  It tracks and reports everything that happens within the review, including a final review details report of every communicated in the eplan check.
