ProjectDox eplan review is used by over 150 cities, counties, and states in the USA and Canada. It improves time to permit issuance and it tracks and manages every part of the review.
Existing Bluebeam Revu licenses work with ProjectDox.
ProjectDox manages the applicants submission uploading, all Bluebeam markups and file resubmittal versioning. The solution compiles eplan comments across all review cycles for each reviewing department and/or agency into one list. ProjectDox provides a managed structure for the eplan review, with task assignments / due dates, and an ability to track how much time the review has been with the applicant or municipality.
All communications, markup comments and required applicant responses are captured in one archivable review details report.
